Historic Preservation of Abigail Adams's Birthplace

In 1947, the Weymouth house where Abigail Adams was born was sawed in half and moved to its present site at North and Norton streets.
Two moves later and a completed restoration brings the birthplace of Abigail Adams to life.  Located in Weymouth, Massachusetts, the building, originally built in 1685 and the home of the Abigail Adams Historical Society,  is re-opening to the public this month.
