Recipes for Use during Times of Food Conservation

The National World War I Museum & Memorial in Kansas City, MO, is sharing recipes in an online exhibit called War Fare: From the Homefront to the Frontlines. The exhibit features recipes recreated from the 1918 cookbook 'Win The War In The Kitchen' which was published during the World War I era of food conservation and rationed goods.
