While researching on MDLandRec.Net: A Digital Image Retrieval System for Land Records in Maryland for Casteel land records, I came across an entry in the index between two Casteel records regarding Negro Nick.
Below is the Index Record followed by the land record located in Book JRM 7, pg 0038

Seeking assistance in locating the marriage record (and hopefully the parents of): 
Pierre Robillard believed to be b. 27 Jan 1830, Quebec (Death cert.) or Aug 1831 (census records); parents not known
&
Philomene Ducharme (fist name also seen as: Philamina, Philanese)
believed to be b. Nov. 1836 Quebec (census records); parents not known

Year of marriage c.1856 (from census records - 1900 census states married for 44yrs)
First known child:  Mary Jean Robillard  b. Feb 1858 in New York.
Death certificates of Pierre had parents listed as 'unknown'.
Last record of Philomene was the 1920 census where she was residing at the home of her granddaughter, Mary  Virginie (St. Jean) Rainville, in New Bedford, Massachusetts.

Pierre Miville of Quebec

   

Below is the death record (Drouin Volumes) of Pierre Miville who was born c.1602 in Freiburg, Switzerland.  Pierre married Charlotte Mauger (Maugis) and together with their 6 children settled in Quebec, New France, abt 1649. He died 15 Oct 1669 in Quebec. His wife, Charlotte Maugis, followed in death on October 11, 1676.
We are descendant of their daughter,  Marie Aimee, who married Robert Giguere on 02 July 1652.

Early New Jersey Land Records - Finding John Catlin

Proprietary Warrants and Surveys, 1670-1727
      

Using this free searchable database which indexes warrants and surveys of the proprietors of the provinces of East and West New Jersey and includes many of New Jersey's earliest extant land records, I was able to locate 18 land records that name our ancestor, John Catlin.
Two of which have him listed as the Grantee.

From here I can order copies of up to 5 records from this database by clicking the "Select" button next to each record. The selected records appear at the bottom of the page and an order form can be printed.
If only all records were this easily searched and ordered!

Beverly National Cemetery

Beverly National Cemetery, located in Burlington County, New Jersey, was established in 1864. It began as a single acre off of Beverly's Monument Cemetery, purchased from a local resident in 1863 for the purpose of interring Union Army casualties who died in the civil war era Beverly United States Army hospital. Of the original 147 Union soldiers buried at Beverly National Cemetery, only 10 are unknown.

For much of its history, the cemetery handled relatively few interments. But that changed significantly when space became unavailable at Philadelphia National Cemetery, and it is now closed to new interments.

Beverly National Cemetery was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
